All customers are on their own burstable full 100 megabit switched port.
Usage is calculated using the 95th percentile technique (The bandwidth is
sampled at 5-minute intervals. The top 5 percent is excluded). Additional
bandwidth above the included bandwidth is billed in one-tenth (0.1) of a
megabit increments.
One time setup fee $600 can be waived with 12-month
commitment. |

Service Highlights
Remote problem diagnosis and support: ACME Micro Technical Support Staff will provide telephone support to isolate your problem and facilitate resolution.
4-hour onsite response - For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an ACME Services representative arrives at Fremont co-location site within 4 hours after your call has been logged, if this time falls within your contracted service window. ACME Services returns your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary. Your coverage includes all required parts and materials.

- Standard business hours, standard business days: Service is available 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
