Host interface:
2 of SAS2 x4 external connector (SFF-8088) for host interface (redundant controller support SAS drives).
You may connect several such JBODs to SAS2 (6Gbps) controllers installed in your host machine.
RAID function shall be set from the SAS controllers in your host machine.
Transfer rate: 6Gb per SAS channel, total 24Gb

Internal:
SAS2 expander backplane supported for 16 SAS2 or SATA hard disk drives.
16 Hot-swap 3.5" hard disk bays.
Transfer rate per hard drive: 6Gb.
