General Shipping Rules
The goal of our shipping is to make sure
customer’s order is delivered safely and on time to
meet customer’s requirement. Our shipping policy is
divided in the following different sessions. In
general:
- We do NOT deliver products to P.O. box

If an order includes several parts, they will
probably be shipped in separate boxes. However,
assembled server systems will be delivered in one
box (one system per box) with all ordered parts in
the same box.
Carriers
To ensure
the shipping quality and product safety, we choose
FedEx and UPS as our dedicated shipping carriers.
Tracking
After your products are
shipped, our system and sales persons will send you
the tracking numbers for you to track the status of
shipment. If you haven’t got any tracking
information, please feel free to contact our sales
persons.
Shipping Rates
We follow the
shipping rate calculation rules from FedEx, which
provides the estimate of shipping rates. Shipping
rates varies depending on: 1) package sizes, 2)
package weight, 3) destination, 4) shipping methods,
etc. Our company is located in California, which
influences the shipping fee as well. In general,
shipping rates are lower in contiguous 48 states,
but higher in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
For assembled server systems, you may contact
our sale persons to get correct estimate of shipping
rates.
Shipping Time
If no shipping
method is selected, ground shipping method will be
used. Standard shipping time through ground shipping
is around 3-7 days in 48 States, and it may take
longer in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Since our
company is located in California, usually the
shipping time is shorter if the destination is in
west coast.

- Ground shipping
- 3 day select
- 2nd day air
- Standard overnight
- Priority overnight
Customers may be interested in knowing whether your
orders will be shipped out the same day it is placed
if you choose the shipping methods of Priority
Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day Air?
Unfortunately, although we always does our best to
process orders as fast as we can, normally it takes
about 1-2 business days processing timeframe,
regardless of the shipping option selected.
Processing time is not included in your shipping
option.
To help ensure an urgent order is
delivered to you as quickly as possible,
Acmemicro.com offers an option Expedited Process
Order for orders placed before 12PM PST. This option
costs a small additional fee, and we will put forth
its best efforts to ensure your package leaves our
warehouse that day. However we can never guarantee
same day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship
your order on the same day it was placed, the
Expedited Process Order fee will be refunded.
International Shipping
If you need international shipping, you may contact our sales
person for accurate shipping rates.
Packaging
Your order will be packaged properly and safely with
sufficient buffer materials or ubbles before
leaving our warehouse.
RMA Shipping Policy
If under warranty
U.S. customers only pay for the
freight of shipping to Acme, and Acme will pay for
the freight of UPS ground shipping back to customers.
If a customer needs a faster shipment, the customer
will pay the difference in the shipping fee.
Acme Micro is not responsible for product defects,
because we do not manufacture the products we carry.
However, if you pay to send the item back to Acme
Micro we will replace the item and ship the
replacement to you at no charge.
International customers need to pay for shipping both
ways because of the expensive international shipping
freight rate.
If not under warranty
Customers are responsible
for the back-and-forth shipping charges of all
out-of-warranty units.
Package tips
- The original packaging box is necessary for RMA.

When customers place the
returned items in the box, make sure only the
returned products are placed in the box without any
other unnecessary parts or accessories. (For
example, when a motherboard is going to be packaged,
please make sure the CPU, memory, cables, etc, are
all removed from that motherboard)

For your protection, it is
recommended that all returned package(s) are
insured
and that a tracking reference and proof
of delivery are obtainable for the shipment.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging of
RMA returns.

All warranties will be void
on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately
packaged.

Any item(s) returned for
store credit or exchange that is determined to be
physically damaged will be returned to the customer
promptly, freight collect.

If the shipping carrier
attempts to deliver a package to the customer that
is visibly damaged, the package may be refused or
accepted with a note made on the carrier delivery
record.

Acme must be notified
immediately of this occurrence so that a claim can
be filed with the carrier.

If the package is accepted
with the damage noted, then the customer must keep
the merchandise and the original packaging for
inspection and eventual pick-up by the carrier.
When Acme receives a returned package, Acme’s
technical team will take pictures of the box before
opening the box to make sure the products inside the
box are fine and free from damage made by shipping.
The whole process will be recorded by pictures.
If the damage is serious, the carrier will be
involved in this process and RMA procedure may
change depending on the real situation.

Any returned item(s) must be
in the original manufacturer’s packaging. The
packaging must be
intact and free from holes,
tape, and writing
. There must be
no stickers
other than the shipping label on the manufacturer’s
packaging.
